The last time I took photographs of a performance by Marike Jager was last summer at the Vondelpark open air theatre. The P60 club in Amstelveen (just South of Amsterdam) was way too empty this evening, but fortunately this did not prevent the three support acts (Jascha, John Spijker and Arthur Adam) and Marike and her band from enthusiastically playing their music. Of course Marike sung songs from her CD album 'The Beauty Around', as well as some new material.
